My Dearest Mizuki,
As I sit here in the trenches, surrounded by the echoes of the never-ending cyber war that spirals around us all, my thoughts are constantly with you. These long days and even longer nights, staring at the blue glow of monitors, I find myself thinking of the Glowing neon of beautiful Tokyo. The memory of your smile, the warmth of your embrace, keeps these cold nights bearable in these desolate halls of networking cables and server clusters.
The conditions here are harsh, and the sounds of battle are relentless. Yet, amidst the chaos of the airmen playing the latest call of duty game, I find solace in the letters we exchange. Your words are a beacon of hope, a reminder of the love that awaits me in your loving embrace. I carry your last letter close to my heart, reading it over and over to feel connected to you.
I long for the day when I can return to you, to hold you in my arms and never let go. The thought of our reunion is what sustains me through the darkest hours. I dream of the simple joys we will share again — walking hand in hand under the Sakura blossoms, dancing in the clubs, and finding peace in each other’s company.
Please know that I am doing everything I can to stay safe and return to you. The love we share is my greatest strength, and it gives me the courage to face each day. I miss you more than words can express, and I pray for the day when this war will end, and we can be together once more.
Until then, my love, take care of yourself and keep me in your thoughts. Your love is my guiding light, and I will hold onto it until we are reunited.
